In the non-pressurized thermo-siphon system, its storage tank and evacuated tubes are installed as one unit on building roof. Run by natural circulation, the system can work without electricity. The Hot water flow rate of this kind of system mainly depends on height difference between the water tank and the hot water shower head. Filled with cold water in the morning, the water gets heated during the day. This hot water is stored in a specially insulated tank (PUF insulation) for use at night or whenever needed.

The pressurized thermo syphon system is a specialized dual tank system – the inner enamel SPCC tank which stores water for customers’ daily use and stainless steel SUS304 tank which stores the cycle water to transfer the heat is designed by a team of German engineers. The total system includes three tanks: Heating tank, storage tank and a small filling tank.
The heating tank is a non pressurized tank which heats the water inside the storage tank by a heat transfer fluid.
The storage tank, which is inside the heating tank, is a pressurized tank which can provide hot water for daily use.
The small filling tank is used to fill the heat transfer fluid in the gap between the heating tank and storage tank.

The supporting bracket of Greenfinity non-pressurized solar water heater is adaptable to both flat and slope roof installation.
So for system of size greater than 2,000 LPD, we set up small pumps (usually of ½ or 1 HP) to force water through the collectors.
